Welcome in, my name is Crystal and I am excited to share blessings in everyday moments with you. Here you can expect to find Wellness Lifestyle tips, Healthy Recipes that your family will enjoy, sneak peek on my Furniture Re-furbishing projects and my newest series on Organic Gardening.

My hope for you is that you are inspired to live well and experience lifes greatests blessings.

Born and raised in the Midwest I married my best friend, Jeff in 2005 and am pretty sure I won the jackpot. I am bias, I know! Our family is complete with twin girls, Brooke and Bailey who are in 7th grade and a son, Brenton who is in 4th. We love being outdoors, swimming, biking, gardening and being together.

In 2019 we packed up our family, life in the Midwest and moved to Lawrence, Kansas for my husbands new job and warmer summers. You can say we are starting our lives over and inviting you in as we adapt to change, make new friends, remodel our home on 6 acres and get ready for one big organic garden.
